2ND SHIFT (2:30 pm to 11 pm)

Responsibilities of the Assembler II:
Set up and operate automated and manual prep equipment within the department.
Insert and install thru-hole components including capacitors, resistors, ICs, and connectors per work instructions and engineering drawings.
Utilize a variety of hand tools to support thru-hole assembly and minor part-fitting operations such as filing or crimping.
De-panel individual circuit boards from arrays as required.
Create and apply labels, including serial numbers and revision identifiers, according to work instructions.
Perform high-volume, routine, and repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications of the Assembler II:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2-4yearsof assembly experience (manufacturing or assembly environment)
Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Demonstrate strong manual dexterity for handling small components and performing precision assembly tasks.
Experience using a variety of hand tools and specialized assembly equipment
IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification preferred but not required. Work under the guidance of senior personnel and participate in ongoing training to develop proficiency in the functional area.
